We are very proud to report that Id 11 has obtained SGBIM certification,<\/strong> which attests to how our organization. and is able to properly and competently manage its activities with BIM methodology.<\/p>\n

The important recognition obtained means, to date, a further milestone in the internal journey of innovation, digitization and implementation of BIM technology<\/strong> and for the future a starting point for new applications in the AEC (Architecture Engineering and Construction) sector.<\/p>\n

For us, it is also a confirmation of the company’s commitment to invest in those technologies that lead to a digitized process of planning, design, construction, maintenance and eventual management of the disposal of the real estate asset.<\/p>\n

What SGBIM certification means <\/strong><\/h3>\n

BIM, as is well known, represents a process first and foremost, but also a new way of communicating<\/strong> that applies to the entire life cycle of a construction and allows for the organic collection of a highly articulated set of information and data <\/strong>related to its identity characteristics. It is a process, a method, a model that considers our specific skills certified in the field of BIM methodology, and it affects each of us with our specific role.<\/p>\n

SGBIM certification represents the ability of our corporate management system to assure each of its performers of the Maximum efficiency within the digitized process<\/strong>, ensuring customers and stakeholders the application of a responsible and sustainable approach<\/strong> to project management and the assurance of providing high-quality services, especially optimizing time and cost.<\/p>\n

Specifically, the certification attests that our management system complies with the UNI\/PdR 74:2019 reference practice<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The certification was issued by ICMQ<\/strong>,<\/a> Certification body accredited by the national Accredia<\/strong> as a guarantee of impartiality, independence and fairness, which has developed, from its own technical reference specification and in collaboration with key industry stakeholders, a certification scheme based on the Practice Reference 74:2019 “BIM Management System- Requirements,” published by Uni in December 2019. <\/strong><\/p>\n

The advantage of SGBIM certification <\/strong><\/h3>\n

The benefit of SGBIM certification mainly affects two branches. The first concerns the improvement in terms of efficiency of the digitized process<\/strong> internal to our society, and the second is mainly about principals, whether public or private, and the impact in terms of reducing costs, timelines, margins of error, and increasingly objective and data-centric decisions.<\/p>\n

Our SGBIM certification makes tangible the efficiency of our certified experts working in a BIM management system, digitized global processes, discipline-specific processes, skills, digital infrastructure and possession of specific cognition.<\/p>\n

In addition to this it provides the client with a guarantee about thehigh quality value of the services offered<\/strong> by our organization and its real way of operating in line with the BIM methodology and related standards.<\/p>\n
